Fit Lab 253 is conveniently located in the heart of Gig Harbor, inside the personal training facility The Club Gig Harbor. It is within a short driving distance from Rosedale, Artondale, and Tacoma.
We offer easy online registration for classes, workshops, and private sessions.
We also offer online classes for those wishing to avoid groups during the Corona Virus pandemic. Call or email us to inquire about online classes.
