Pilates Instructor
Carolyn C is a Pilate’s instructor with over 20 years of Physical Therapy experience. Carolyn has worked in some of the top organizations on the West Coast and in the St. Paul Minneapolis area. These facilities include, West Sound Orthopedics, Multicare Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports medicine, Harborview Medical Center, Stanford University Hospital, Bethesda Rehab Hospital and Abbot Northwestern Medical Center.
She incorporates her therapy knowledge into her Pilate’s practice and strives to assist her clients in attaining their goals. Carolyn is a life long exercise enthusiast with over twenty years of competitive swimming and swimming instruction. She has trained and competed in Triathlons, running and Open Water Swimming.
Raised in San Anselmo, California, Carolyn relocated from Minnesota and now resides in Gig Harbor with her family.
