We want to ensure you get the most from your session. If it’s your first visit please read the following policies to get the most from your experience!
How often should I take class?
At the Fit Lab we recommend taking 5 days a week. We train you hard so a break is always a great thing on the body. We recommend trying to take at least one cardio style class, one strength class (Barre, Jumpboard reformer, MEGA-fit reformer) and one flexibility class( barre, Pilates mat, or Pilates Cadillac equipment a week) Diversity helps from plateauing and burn out.
Do you have changing rooms and lockers?
Yes, at Ally’s dance studio there is a bathroom you can change in as well as at Lianne’s home studio.
How old do you need to be to take class?
At the Fit Lab most of the classes are designed for any age and ability. With that being said we limit the age to 12 at the studio. Children underage do need to have a parent sign the waiver in order to take class.
Do you have childcare?
We do not have on-site childcare. We do have babysitter recommendations that we could give you.
What class should I start with?
When starting to learn Pilates, private sessions are the way to go. You want to make sure that you learn all the modifications that are tailored to your body and technique is everything with pilates.
All group fitness classes can accommodate any level. If you are not looking to try Pilates mat or barre try our $5 offer. It is a great bang for your buck and allows you to try before buying a session card.
How often should you do the InBody?
Our InBody composition test is a great way for you to see progress. I suggest trying a package that allows weekly weigh-ins. This way the instructor can see if you are loosing weight and gaining muscle. It also tells us if we need to strengthen one side of the body more then the other. This is a great tool to hold us accountable.
How do I get a hold of someone?
The best way to contact us is email at firstname.lastname@example.org or cell 253.853-6200. We will return your message within 24 hours.

It is always a great idea to put yourself on the waitlist for any class you’d like to attend that is full. People cancel classes every day and there’s usually a good chance you’ll get in! When a spot opens up if within 24 hours an email will be automatically sent to you confirming your reservation, so at this time please respond yes. If you do not respond we assume you will still be here. If less then 24 hours before the class the studio will call with any openings, or you can look online to see if you got added to the class.
