Backed by Science. Our heart-rate monitored, high-intensity workout is scientifically designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that spikes metabolism and increases energy. Zone is a 1 hour, full body workout focused on training Endurance, Strength, and Power. We use Heart Rate Based Interval Training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise.
When you first check in we will have you put on a heart Rate Monitor, which will show up on our 3 TV screens in the zone room. This screen displays real time results! Our instructors will keep you in the “optimal zone” based on your age and weight. This is what makes Zone so great for all fitness levels. We use Treadmills, Rowers, Weights, and occasionally spin bikes. Zone is the best bang for your buck class when it comes to getting your Cardio and Strength workout – all in just one hour!
This is a great place to start if you are not sure you are ready to get in the zone. This class will be a 40 minute format with all the same cardio.
