pH Level 1
This class is great for newbies and those wanting a safe class focusing on form and alignment. This class will give you modifications for anyone with injuries or any physical limitations. You will get a great workout at a flow where you can ask questions and get a deeper understanding of the work.
pH Level 2
This class will challenge you body in new ways. We will continue to give you a deeper understanding of the work while picking up the pace and introducing intermediate level exercises. We will add more props to the workout making the body work that much harder.
*Level 1 knowledge needed prior to this class.
pH Level 3
This is our most advanced level. These classes will challenge your strength, precision and stability to all new levels. This class is great for those that understand the Pilates principles. This is not a great class for those with injuries.
*We encourage at least 2 months of Pilates before these classes.
