I have always been infatuated with fitness and mental health. As a child I experienced many health issues, and as I was recuperating from surgeries I would create workouts for myself once I recuperated. In college I studied psychology, being drawn to trauma and coping strategies. I found yoga after my father passed and a therapist told me I wasn’t breathing normally and suggested checking it out. I fell in love initially with yoga’s physical benefits but shortly after found that breath work and mindfulness helped me process my past, enjoy the present and appreciate my future. I love incorporating Pilates and weights into my classes a complete mind and body experience in the short time we have together.
My family and I recently moved to Gig Harbor from Southern California.
I am a wife of a law enforcement hero and we have 3 crazy kiddos and a big dog named Ivan.
I feel so blessed to be able to teach as well as learn from so many amazing students and teachers. I am so excited to meet all of the clients at FitLab.
