Barre Instructor
Dena L has been teaching Barre since 2014. She is certified in Booty Barre and Beyond Barre. Dena has also been a chiropractor for the last 17 years, and still practices chiropractic part time. When not teaching or practicing, she enjoys traveling to sunny destinations with her husband Doug. She has one daughter, who is currently attending grad school in California.
