Live Streaming Classes

How to access live streaming classes:

1. Sign up for your class like you would normally, on the app or website.
2. We will send you a zoom invite the night prior as well as first thing in the morning. If you don’t receive it just send us a text.
3. Please make sure to register at least 30 min. prior to class
4. We will go live at class time, but will open our screen up 5-10 min prior so we can all catch up.
5. Once class starts please press your mute button to reduce background noise during class.
